The digest-score is a combination of two scores: `interaction_score` which is how likely it is the user opens the library_item and `time_bonus_score` which is how fresh the article is. In the future we might remove the `time_bonus_score` and move that to the mixing step. The digest-score is the result of calculating the user's `interaction_score` which is how likely it is the user opens the library_item.
