Jackson Harper 9c37967abe Set a z-index on the omnivore name logo element 
When the OmnivoreNameLogo is a floating element we need to
set a z-index on it to ensure that it is above the left
article action menu items.

This fixes issues where the name logo might not be clickable on
wider screens.

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

yarn dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

Environment Variables

Create a new file in this same dir and name it env.local. Copy the contents of .env.template and paste it in. Fill in your own values for the services you need and the urls you will be deploying to.
